Blacklisted/Black History Month Appreesh! 4.0

Didn't think I would get the record in enough time to do another blacklisted/black history month post but expect the unexpected I guess. 

Blacklisted - "No One Deserves......" - Tour Press - Black (109)

I was definitely worried when I recieved my package from deathwish that I missed out on this color. I figured it would've been in their since I placed my order about 25 minutes after it went up. So I had so ask around and see what was up with it and luckily I didn't miss it. Got it from a good dude on DEADFORMAT and for good price too considering the limited number of black copies that were made.  Just thankful to own this and not have to pay an arm and a leg for it.

Gone But Not Forgotten - "Seattle Crew Demo" - Red w/Alternate Cover (100)

Got this from Jim of Champion and ON. He was doing a huge sale on ebay so I had to snag something. This was really the only variation of this record I wanted and luckily I didn't have to spend alot on it. I know Aram did and auction soon after it came out and this went for like $35 or $40 and I got it for $16. I love this band and everyone who is in to older style hardcore with that Seattle sound should check em out.

Showing some mad appreciation for black history month with another round of Blacklisted spinners.

Don't ask why getting blacklisted records supports black history month because it only works out in my crazy head.

So I got all of my Eccentrichine pre-orders in. The print is pretty cool too but I didn't get a pic cause that thing and coming unrolled for nothing. But anyways, here are the records

The colors for this record are ok. Nothing super spectacular in my opinion. Probably the best one is the color that came with the print (the one out of 103) but otherwise kinda bland as far as "flavor."

Blacklisted/Black History Month Appreesh!

Hello world! I have come out of hibernation. My old computer decided to pass on so I have been having technology withdrawals especially with all these sweet records coming in and having no one to show them to. I hope you enjoy!

So I got my 50 lions pre-order from SFU and when I got the package it felt kinda light considering I ordered all 3 colors. Thinking of how they made the records this light and what kinda of sleeves/covers the records where packaged in, I opened the mailer like it was christmas morning only to find one lonely record. I immediately got on my computer (before it passed away) and sent Dave (Six Feet Under Records/Blacklisted) an email letting him know that I only received one out of the three records I ordered. He let me know that he didn't package all of them up and that he would send the other two records to me immediately. Dave = awesome dude! And here they are.

I was definitely impressed with these colors. Especially the first and third colors, super unique and crazy looking. 

I got my Not Sorry pre-order a couple days ago. Definitely in love with this band right now. And definitely gonna try and add more of their variants to my collection.

Another band I have just been getting into is The Rival Mob. I don't know why I haven't listened to these guys a long time ago but I'm glad I do now cause they are awesome. I hope to pick up some more stuff from them.

After all the delays and all the anticipation, I finally received my Fire & Ice pre-order. This band is one of my favorite bands right now, I can't get enough. I hope this band keeps putting out awesome releases.

Now last but not least. THE MOST RARE Mongoloids in existence. I'm probably the only person who has this many mongoloids records and I know for sure who has this record.........

The Mongoloids - "S/T" A/V TRAIN - Gold w/Record Release Cover (#2/3!!!!!)

This cover is the same as the record release cover but when Greg (The Mongoloids) was telling me about it he said " they ordered 100 copies and received 103." So they sold 100 with regular covers and they had 3 extras, One of which is in my possession. The other two belong to Greg (The Mongoloids) and Bob Shedd (Jersey Shore Straight Edge). As you can see it is marked everywhere with "2/3" so as to save the confusion.

I also just received my Blacklisted - "Eccentrichine" print today. Now I am just waiting on the 7"s and also another Blacklisted record to complete my HTHLTG collection ;)  My print is #'d  82/103.
